Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases and use of the DRACARRJ Supply Co. website. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Orders

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and use an authorised payment method. Check size, colour, quantity and address before payment. Screen colours vary, but this does not excuse materially misdescribed goods. If an item is unavailable or a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we will contact you and refund cancelled unfulfilled items. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Shipping and returns

Checkout shows product charges, applicable taxes and available delivery options. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. If we cannot ship within a promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the options required by law, including cancellation and refund where applicable. Our Return and refund policy makes garments final sale for change of mind except where statutory rights apply. Faulty, damaged, incorrect and misdescribed goods remain covered by law.

Creative services and custom work

Websites, marketing, photography, video, printing, embroidery and design are scoped in a separate written agreement specifying deliverables, revisions, fees, timing and licences or ownership transfers. Advertising spend and third-party charges require agreement. We do not guarantee sales, rankings or advertising returns. You must have permission to use artwork you ask us to reproduce. We may decline unlawful or infringing requests.

Intellectual property

Original logos, artwork, photographs, designs and site material belong to their respective owners. Buying a garment or collectible does not transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights except under an express licence. Do not impersonate us, misuse accounts, disrupt the site or reproduce protected material commercially without permission.

Rewards and external services

Crown Rewards follow the published program rules and have no cash value. Material changes will be communicated as applicable. The Jahvaundres mint site and OpenSea have separate terms and transaction details. NFT purchases do not automatically earn Smile Crowns. No resale value, profit or unannounced benefit is promised.

Privacy and responsibility

Our Privacy policy explains information handling. External services are operated by their providers. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect business losses from website use. This does not exclude fraud, wilful misconduct, mandatory consumer remedies or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to existing orders.
