Refund policy

Garments are final sale for change of mind, sizing preference or ordering the wrong size, except where applicable law gives you a right to cancel or return. Please review descriptions and measurements before ordering, or contact us for help. This policy does not limit rights for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.

Problems with an order

Email dracarrjsupplyco@gmail.com with your order number, the issue and photos if available. Contact us promptly so we can investigate. We will provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law. We cover reasonable return shipping for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Normal wear, accidental damage and damage from disregarding care instructions are not manufacturing faults.

Return instructions

Contact us before sending goods so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not send returns to a market booth, stockist or unconfirmed address. This request does not restrict statutory return rights. Keep proof of postage. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; your provider controls when the credit appears.

International consumer rights

Where EU or UK distance-selling rules apply, you may notify us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to cancel an eligible online goods order without giving a reason, then return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. Email your name, order number, items, delivery date and a clear cancellation statement. No special form is required.

For those cancellations, we refund the returned goods and the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered for the cancelled order. Upgraded delivery charges are not refunded unless required by law. You pay direct return postage for change-of-mind cancellations unless we agree otherwise or the law requires us to pay. We refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice, but may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever occurs first, where permitted. You may inspect goods as in a shop; legally permitted deductions may apply for diminished value caused by excessive handling.

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from statutory change-of-mind rights where permitted. Standard designs or sizes are not personalised solely because they are produced after ordering. Rights for faulty or incorrect goods remain. Other mandatory local consumer protections also apply.

Custom projects

Custom printing, embroidery and creative-service cancellation terms are specified in your written agreement, subject to law. Contact us quickly about changes; changes are not guaranteed once production or shipping starts. Mandatory rights take priority over this policy.
